Our center is a Biblical, Christ-centered worldview. As followers of Christ, We believe God is the Ultimate Healer, and He alone can fill our deepest needs. Following Him, His Word, and His teachings leads to lasting healing of the mind, body, and soul.

Psychology of Christianity tries to understand the "cause-effect" relationships of Christian experiences and consciousness so as to predict behavior. Psychosocial development involves the understanding of these four things: emotions, personality, self-esteem, and relationships. We focus on six psychosocial needs: love, variety, significance, certainty, growth, and contribution. Many psychosocial barriers and issues prevent a Christian from reaching His or Her full potential. We work with individuals who just want to gain a better understanding of His or Her identity, relationships, emotions, strengths, and challenges.

We offer a variety of evaluation and testing options to help understand ones walk with God. The purpose of these evaluations is two-fold, to present a "full-picture" understanding of a person, and to provide individualized strength-based recommendations that consider practicality and access to resources.

Our center has a "Ten Stage Christian Life Cycle" model. The spiritual life cycle parallels the psychological and physical life cycles. Our proprietary model helps Christians identify each stage in His or Her life cycle.  We work closely with our clients to identify, track, and maintain growth and development.

Many individuals have experienced spiritual abuse where the Bible and spiritual disciplines were weaponized and used for control. Jesus is truth and provides a path to freedom. He will reveal even the deepest parts of us that need healing.​

Our Model: The Ten Stage Christian Life Cycle

At New Life New You, we believe that spiritual growth should be just as intentional and measurable as psychological or physical development. That’s why we’ve created a proprietary model called the Ten Stage Christian Life Cycle, a structured path that mirrors natural human development, from spiritual infancy to Christ-like maturity.

This model serves as a roadmap to help individuals identify their current stage, track their progress, and maintain long-term spiritual health. Each stage is designed to guide individuals through biblical truth, inner healing, and purposeful transformation.

As Jesus told us in John 8:32:

The Ten Stage Christian Life Cycle creates space for that truth to take root—not as a rigid doctrine, but as a living process of healing, freedom, and growth.
